Friday was a happy day. Went to sch for math1 lecture in the morn. Dr Phil was teaching differentiation in a rather slow manner. Well, at least everything was clear probably because it was kind of a recap for me since I've already had a good foundation of that topic in both sec sch and jc. Finally the 3 hr lecture ended and yay! I rushed back to RV. Yes, literally RUSHED back. I was so afraid that I wouldn't be in time to meet the teachers whom I haven't met up for eons. Managed to meet up with Mrs Jasmine Chua(li lao shi:):):)) I was super super elated. Had a nice talk with her for quite some time. After that, I tried to look for the other teachers I wanted to see but they left sch after the celebrations in the morning. Well, nevermind, I guess seeing li lao shi already brightened up my day.
Felt a slight tinge of guilt not going back to jj to visit my teachers there. Sorry sorry. REALLY REALLY wanted to go back to rv.
Anyways, after the heart to heart talk with li lao shi, I went down to the canteen and met up with wan leng and mun han. 2 very nice juniors whom I haven't seen for quite a long time too.
And saw janice and sherilyn around too. My 2 korean class buddies who are from rv too! so coincidental:)

After that went to vivo to eat lunch. Met wenwei and hafizah. Haha. They were funny. Met rege later on in the lift and she asked me if I want to work for sentosa flowers next year or not. Haven't decided cos I don't know if it'll clash with my classes in school or not. If I can, I'll definitely contact alvin. :):) Hopefully both me and amanda can make it. I really really relish the flowers'08 experience.

Uni life is rather overwhelming. That's because there's loads of readings to do and notes to read too. When I say readings I mean the books. There's so much of it cos it's a business course. Neverending lists of books. Furthermore I'm in a course by uni of london, there's only an exam at the end of each academic year which is may next yr, I'll have to work harder and not fall back any time within the year so that I'll do really well for the exams. Stressed. Stressed not because I can't follow, in fact I understand everything that has been taught, but stressed because there's just so much essential reading listed under the subject guides such that you seriously wonder which parts of it would you apply into your actual essays, esp for the intro to business and management module.
Been thinking and pondering on certain issues recently. Some people who know me probably would know about it. About my doubts on whether I made the right choice of uni and course and if I should follow my dream. Well, I guess my dream is being put on hold at the moment I decided to take up the business course by uol. And I still haven't decided.

School's started at sim for 2 plus weeks already. Notes for each module were given on each of our first lecture for the particular module. And I've puchased 2 books which they recommended. Gosh. It's super expensive! I still can't get 1 of the books, the econs one. oh no. While my juniors start mugging for their promos or A's, I realised that I should start mugging too. Actually, to think that my exams are not exactly that far away. Next year early may. It's quite near in fact. Gotta start ploughing through the textbooks i got. On a lighter note, all my lecturers for my modules are not bad.
Went to ntu on friday to meet up with clara and michelle for lunch. Met huixin on the way there, fortunately. It's only my 3rd time going to the ntu campus so I ain't familiar with the campus in any way.
Hmm. Teachers' day is creeping near. And I just found out that rv is going to celebrate it on 29th aug. ohno. I have lesson on that morning. how how how???? Maybe I shall rush like crazy down to the malan campus to meet my ex-school teachers. Really miss them a lot. It's been such a long time since I visited them. Super uber sad that I missed out on the event that was held at the Flyer cos i wasn't free on that day. what a shame:(:(
And I don't have the slightest idea when jj is going to celebrate it. Who is going back? please jio me k.
Went to meet huimin today for lunch. On the way home, the entire sky was a blanket of misty clouds and it started pouring seemingly endlessly. My shoes got WET! WET as in it was like a drain trapping all the rain water inside. gross. washed it thoroughly when i got home.
Gotta go grab something for my dinner tonight. will update soon.

Yesterday I went to Plaza Sing to have lunch with Junwu aka TONG, at the same time to return him the book I borrowed from him for super long already. Ate at Secret Receipe. He gave me a treat! Thanks:):) the food was nice. But my stomach was too stuffed up to finish up the fries and purple cabbage. Too bad amanda can't make it. :(
