I finally found time to blog. This afternoon, I rewatched parts of Hwang Jin Ni on youtube. Just snippets of the parts where she was training for her performances and such. Her instructors were rather harsh with her, caning her without fail whenever she made any mistakes.


It sort of also reminded me of dance days in secondary school. Though we were never caned by our instructors, they were rather strict with us in my opinion and we still enjoyed the process of learning although we were constantly scolded, screamed at, whatever. I think those were the days worth reminiscing. We learnt so much in just a short span of 4 years. I think secondary school dance days were just worth remembering. I guess it's probably the tough times where we were harshly reprimanded and such and yet we still pressed on together as one team and eventually got our gold with honours.
