I went back to JJ during the orientation days.
Went for first night. Before songsinging, i went command centre. Had the chance to have a chat with ms quek. Talked quite a lot of stuff. I won't talk about what we said though. Then went for both sessions of songsinging. It reminded me of myself, sitting at that particular seat (middle, 2nd row, first seat from the right) when i was still just a camper at jj. I felt emotions gushing all over me.
2nd day of orientation, I went back earlier. early in the afternoon. to help with deco for jj night. hmm, the cloth used were pretty =) the deco making seemed so relaxed this year. But I injured my hand while helping the juniors to rush out the balloons. A layer of my skin came off! nvm.
Anyways, then before JJ nite, I had a nice and funny conversation in the LN with mr tan and a camper who had headache. hahas. then after that i went over to the hall for jj nite. It was high! as per normal. hahas. the songsinging was nice. So many seniors came back this year. It seemed like there were as many seniors as the campers and ogls. like OMG! hahas.
Ester was super super funny! she came back with ching ting and her first comment was "so smelly!" when she reached the hall. =P haha.
After which I hanged around with jin hong, lawrence and 2 other girl seniors who's names i don't even know.
This year's orientation is so different from the past ones. I believe any seniors who went back will have the same feeling as me. How things were done and all that were so so different. I wouldn't want to comment so blatantly here on my blog. haiz. dunoe la. I would just say i was a lil disappointed.
Later in the night, I ate cup noodles with mich and amira while clara was sleeping throughout the time we ate. After which, I went to the command centre cos i didn't want to sleep. Ended up seeing how high peirong was. She was super super funny. I was trying to stop myself from laughing so that i won't disturb the people who were sleeping in the LN. Desmy, me and meng xiang were counting the camp money while sharing and laughing at all the lame lame jokes. Uber uber funny! I will always remember the funny times we had that night. ahahaha.
After that I went to talk to mr tan and ms heng(a new teacher in jj). I got to know a few new teachers in jj cos i spent most of my time in the LN in the 2 days that i went back. Anyways, I talked to mr tan for so long. And I can't imagine the time, it was 4am in the morning. gosh. cos it was the duty time for mr tan and ms heng. My gosh, ms heng was rather freaked out with the ghost thingy that mr hong told me about the staffroom. Even mr tan was a lil freaked out. not my fault hor, sorry sorry. =X
I miss that night. Hmm, I'm not gonna talk about our conversation. private la. =X
